The FELON Project

May 2024, after Donald Trump’s convictions I became transfixed with the word FELON, trying to imagine the space that 34 felonies take up in the righteous universe.  I created an edition of 34 individual gel posters with the word FELON on it and then invited 34 of my community friends to line up on River Road here in Portland, OR each holding a sign.

It started with a gallery installation November 2024 and morphed into street events in spring and summer of 2026. And we enthusiastically plan to continue our demonstrations as other opportunities arise.
